You can book securely & simply with SSL encryption and will receive an immediate confirmation of your booking.

  • Rooms are generally reserved until 6:00 pm.
  • It is possible to cancel your booking free of charge until 6:00 pm on the day before your planned arrival.(there are special conditions for early booking and 4=3)
  • If you fail to arrive or cancel later than this, we charge 100% of the room rate.

  • Your reserved room is available on your planned arrival date from 2:00 pm on (or earlier depending on availability).
  • If you plan to arrive later, please let us know.
  • On the day of departure, we request that you vacate your room no later than 11:00 am.

Our restaurant is open for you monday til sunday from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm.

Hot food is available daily from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm

Breakfast buffet: 6:30 am to 10:00 am – weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on holidays from 7:00 to 10:00 am

  • Cribs are provided in our rooms free of charge.
  • Children up to 4 years of age in parents’ bed: Free
  • Children up to 12 years of age in a cot: € 20.00
  • Cot for 13-year-olds and older: € 50.00

Caring, experienced babysitters and day nannies are available to care for your children for a few hours as required. Please let us know if you need childcare or a babysitter.

The Messe München (Munich Fair) is only a 3-minute drive from the Hotel Bauer.

We provide a free-of-charge fair shuttle to the fairgrounds for various fairs. Then you can leave your vehicle in our free-of-charge parking. Underground parking is available for € 10,00 per vehicle per night.

Moreover, we offer a portfolio of services to make your stay in Munich for the fair even more enjoyable. The range extends from childcare to laundry services.

A large outdoor parking lot is available for our guests free of charge.

Our underground parking garage has direct access to the hotel.

Our restaurant, rooms, suites and apartments are non-smoking. We recommend that any guests who smoke use the balconies.

We take care of laundry. Give our staff your shirts, suits and evening attire and rest assured you’ll have them back clean the next day. You’ll find the current price list in your room.
