As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these website pages according to general laws as per § 7 Section 1 of the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not under any obligation to monitor transmitted or saved information belonging to third parties or investigate into circumstances which indicate illegal activity.
