As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these website pages according to general laws as per § 7 Section 1 of the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not under any obligation to monitor transmitted or saved information belonging to third parties or investigate into circumstances which indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information as per general laws remain unaffected by this. Albeit, liability in this regard is not possible until after the point in time of our gaining knowledge of an actual violation of the law.
